Bubba Watson is my new favorite golfer. Any golfer that can bomb it 350, flop it tight, skateboard with the local kids and laugh and cry in the same sentence is my kind of guy. Oh yea, he shares the lead at The PGA Championship at -4. Watson told the press how he and Rickie Fowler had been riding scooters and skateboards with the neighborhood kids earlier in the week. He also related how his dad has cancer and his wife had a scare of her own and he struggled to keep his composure at the microphone. Known for a short temper on the course, Watson says he now realizes that there is nothing to get upset about on the course and just loves to play the game for fun. That’s my kind of golfer.
