Tiger shoots a one over par 72 in the opening round of The Deutsche Championship. He’s currently tied for 87th and if he plays like that today he’ll be heading home for the season. He needs to finish 52nd or better here to move on to Chicago. I have a feeling he’ll be heading home but is season won’t be totally done. He’ll be hearing from Ryder Cup Captain Corey Pavin soon enough to tell him he’s on the team.
