Quiros Shocks The U.S. Open with an Albatross

by Jeff Skinner

Forget all the debate about how difficult the Lake Course at Olympic will play this week at The U.S. Open.  It’s a piece of cake, well at least for Alvaro Quiros.  Take a look as the long hitting Spaniard makes an ace on the par four seventh hole.  Playing at an uphill 288 yards, Quiros knocked it in for a mind boggling albatross, that’s a 1 on a par 4.  Amazing!
