Back in the day The Greenbrier was one of the resort of choice for the well to do of the time. Presidents and industrialists were the normal guests of the luxurious Greenbrier. Well, today Vijay Singh rolled back the clock a few years and he managed to look like the Vijay of old.
He leads The Greenbrier Classic with by a stroke over a trio of golfers. His seven under 63 was his best round in four years. Vijay has been searching for his complete game that earned him 23 PGA Tour victories between 2003 and 2008. Consistency has been his problem lately and he thinks he is just trying too hard. He’s determined jut to go out and shoot a number and stop the leaderboard watching. So far it’s worked.
