Phil Mickelson finished with a flourish at the Waste Management Open with four straight birdies to end his round. Lefty’s seven under 64 has put him six strokes ahead of Brandt Snedeker. 179,022 fans broke the PGA Tour’s attendance record and every one of them was cheering for Phil.
