Stefani Aces Merion’s 17th

Whoever wins the 113th U.S. Open at Merion today will certainly be one happy fellow.  (Please let it be Phil.) But he may just be the second happiest man in golf today.

That’s because Shawn Stefani just became the first player in the history of the U.S. Open at Merion to card an ace.  Stefani banked it off the rough and it headed to the cup just dropping in.
