THE PLAYERS Championship is well under way and it looks like there is no shortage of birdies on a benign TPC Sawrass today. Gonzalo Fdez-Castano leads at -5 with five birdies and no bogeys.
The Golf Channel’s Live at THE PLAYERS is doing a great job of showing plenty of action. But we also can get live coverage on the PGA Tour’s Live@ website. They are following Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson and Sergio Garcia. Not bad for some bonus coverage.
The Golf Channel is showing just about every tee ball from the 17th. Here’s the first birdie of the day there by Aaron Baddeley.
