Friday the PGA Tour will start the 2015 part of their wraparound season. They can call it whatever they want but this is the start of the season. I don’t care what they call it.
The Hyundai Tournament of Champions will feature 34 of last season’s champions. Headlined by Bubba Watson, this inaugural 2015 event will certainly be a fine diversion to all of those golfers with a bit of cabin fever.
Watching golf from Hawaii in the middle of our winter will provide a welcomed distraction from this golf free season.
The Plantation Course at Kapalua Resort will give us some magnificent scenery. Fresh off the Golf Digest 100 Greatest American Course list (Kapalua is 20th) it’s nothing but fun watching that warm weather golf while it’s freezing outside.
