Stretch Those Hips for More Yards

Winter brings an end to the golf season for many of us.  But we are already looking forward to next season and those longer drives we want to hit.  Watch this video to help with your hip rotation and maybe that ball will find a few extra yards next time you tee it up.

  1. Great video! I just did this stretch after working out and it feels great. I’ve had a lot of issues with hip pain and flexibility when I play golf since I had a baby last year, so I’m hoping this will help. Should this be done post-workout or can I do it even if my muscles aren’t warmed up?
