Jhonattan Vegas came from five shots back of the lead to earn his second PGA Tour victory in a surprising win at the RBC Canadian Open.
Third round leader Brandt Snedeker couldn’t hold on tho his one shot lead as Vegas got off to a hot start with five straight birdies starting at the second hole and finished just as hot with three straight birdies for a final round 64.
He last won in 2011 but has found his game once again. With this win he gets a two year PGA Tour exemption, entry into Thursday’s PGA Championship and the ’17 Masters.
