Golf, Golf and More Golf

With all the golf going on all over the world this week it’s tough to keep who is playing where straight.  The  Singapore Open is the first stop with a great field of international players.  Adam Scott leads a field that has all this season’s major winners.  Scott was seven under over a six hole stretch on the front nine.

Tiger Woods elected to go down under and play in the JBWere Masters where he is the defending champion.  He’s currently nine back of the leaders and would need one of his miraculous comebacks if he was to repeat.  It was here a year ago that rumors circulated about Tiger’s extracurricular activities and in the next few weeks he shocked the world again, but in a decidedly different manner.

The LPGA may just have the best tournament of the weekend.  Paula Creamer leads Suzann Pettersen by one stroke in the Lorena Ochoa Invitational with Stacy Lewis two back of Creamer in third place.  Host, Ochoa is back in the pack but it is great to see her on the course again.  With these big names on top of the leaderboard it should be exciting right to the end.

The PGA boys are having a ball at Disney and plenty of golfers are hoping to play well to secure their card for next year.  On top of that there is the one million dollar Kodak Challenge with three golfers tied for the lead.  Get this, if there is a tie in The Kodak Challenge at the end of play on Sunday there will be a playoff to determine the winner.  How wild is that?
