In 1961 Gary Player became the first international winner of The Masters. Player would finish his illustrious career with three Masters, three Open Championships, two PGA’s and one U.S. Open. Player won all over the world at a time when other golfers refused to travel. For his last Masters Championship he came from seven strokes back with a final round 64 in one of the most amazing comebacks in Masters history.
