Ken Duke says you have to believe in yourself and he’s been doing that for quite awhile. The 44 year old PGA Tour veteran broke through for his first PGA Tour win at the Travelers Championship today.
In his 187th PGA Tour start he out lasted Chris Stroud in a two hole playoff that ended with Duke holing a downhill, birdie putt that finally gave the long time veteran his first victory.
Duke turned pro in 1994 and has played on more minor tours than he can recall but even through the lean years he never stopped thinking he would end up a winner on tour.
