Any golfer, even short hitters like myself, love the feeling when you really get a hold of one with your driver. There is little to match the feeling of really cranking one with the big dog. Hey, chicks dig the long ball and so do we.
Well, on Wednesday night we will all get the chance to see the really, really long balls as the Golf Channel will air the live finals of the RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship.
In a new twist this year they will be hitting their 400 yard drives on the infield of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Long drives at a racetrack? Looks like a pure adrenalin rush to me and it sure looks like fun.
