Sneak Peek: Chambers Bay No.14 & No.15

Holly Sonders and Gil Hanse show us the 14th at Chambers Bay, a long par four with options off the tee. The right side is more conservative but the left side of the fairway will reward a long tee ball with a shorter approach into one of the less dramatic greens on the course.

The par three fifteenth is a hole filled with options…options for Mike Davis and his team that is. This hole can be set up to play as the shortest par three at 123 yards or the longest at 246 yards. If the wind is right, or wrong from the player’s point of view, a fairway wood might be needed to reach a green that offers many pin placements.
